What's on the menu for everyone today??

We're going exploring around Branson today - I think the weather is going to cooperate.

I'm on the road today so my dinner will be at a diner in Woodland CA Probably their broasted chicken. Yes broasted It's done by using a pressure fryer.

Roasted Tomato Sauce... over pasta.

We are having the leftover tortellini/chicken bake. Should probably make a green salad with ti.

We have a broasted chicken place in town but I've never actually tried the chicken. Might have to do that real soon.

Tonight I'm making pan fried filets with creamed spinach sauce and sautéed mushrooms.

I'm doing an old Baked Pasta with Italian Sausage, Tomatoes, and Cheese recipe tonight. I've got salad for something green.

We're having pizza and packing for Biketoberfest. John will pick me up right after school and we'll ride to south/central Georgia tomorrow. Thursday we'll ride cross-country to the coast and then along the coast to Daytona Beach. I'm really looking forward to it and am so thankful that the weather we had today--major rainstorms, tornado warnings, etc.--has moved on and we're looking at a gorgeous forecast!

Needless to say, I'll probably be out of touch for the better part of the weekend!
