Monday's Dinner, 11/3/14??

What's on the menu for everyone today??

I found a little pkg. of ribs in the freezer, so will finish them off with an Acorn Squash and gr. salad.

Leftover ham & bean soup, and jalapeno cornbread with honey butter.

Pork medallions with a white wine cucumber reduction. This is an awesome pork dish......if I do say so myself.

B'fast for dinner, Swedish pancakes and sausage.

I think a beef shepherds pie or pot pie. It sounds good. If we have time we might go out and see if there are a couple nice mushrooms to go in it. Maybe some steamed broccoli on the side.

Today we're pickling crab apples and getting the first smoke on our bacon.

So far today, I have made 4 quarts of Italian Wedding Soup, a ham and scalloped potato casserole, and 2 loaves of banana bread.

We are having country fried steak, mashed potatoes, and peas, again. I love peas, especially with this meal. It's a lot like last night, but William is hunting, and I needed something that would hold easily.

Was out at lunch time, today, so made the Cuban Sandwiches for dinner. Super YUM!
