I'm doing the Brined and Glazed Hoisin Chicken. I have also decided to splurge on my fried rice, also. William doesn't have to eat it.

An eye of round roast using the cooking method I asked about recently (if I can find that method again -I know it was something like roast at a real high heat and then shut the oven off and leave it in for two hours or something like that?), mashed potatoes, au jus, broccoli.

We're at the Vicksburg civil war memorial cemetery. It is one of the most moving places we've seen. Bust monuments to the Generals and statistics of each battle. Wow
