DECEMBER???? Wow - where the heck did this year go and just think of all the happenings in our lives. Unbelievable!!

What's on the menu for everyone today??

Can't believe after a week of poultry, I thawed out chix thighs. But, I'm so looking forward to grilled chicken, grilled fries and finally again, those delicious grilled onions!!!

I am going to make a Turkey Wild Rice Casserole and that will be the end of our leftover turkey. Whew!

Nice onions! I love grilling them like that. It drives the neighbors nuts with all that good smelling yum!

We are having patty melt type sandwiches with leftover meatloaf. I'm thinking about making a bacon onion jam I saw Michael Symon make on The Chew that would go pretty well with this.

We are finally going to Bruno's tonight. My dad wasn't feel great yesterday, so we put it off. I ordered Chinese food last night and watched Netflix with my doggie.

I think tonight will be pork chops with mashed potatoes and maybe a salad for Bob. I am doing the prep for a colonoscopy Wed. Breakfast this morning was a sriracha fried egg on rice. Yummmmmmmmmmmmm. I could seriously eat a couple more of those - right now!
