I'm starting to think it's time to try kimchi. If only I could find a manageable amount of it. The jars at Asia Foods are gallon sized!

Ron went to Antonio's restaurant and came home with a Muffaletta for our dinner after the kiddies went home. It got me thinking. Wonder how kimchi would be on a sandwich?

If it's good on a pizza -- it's good on a sandwich. And, vice versa.

The one we got in the refrigerated-produce section, near a bunch of vegetarian products, was only 14 ounces:
