I haven't made these - yet - but I don't see what's not to love about them. Chicken coated with a creamy mustard sauce, bacon, and pepperoncinis in poppy seed buns. Seems like a good way to use up leftover chicken. Will be on the menu soon

It does look good, although I have never used mustard on a chicken sandwich before, preferring mayo. Let us know how you like it.
