What's on the menu for everyone today??

Yesterday, I grilled 4 chicken thighs using some of the salt from the set Tracie sent me for Christmas - the Hawaiian Black Lava (coarse sea salt and brushed with the saffron honey at the end. I'm loving that honey - not sweet, but I can't describe the flavor really. Made a great glaze.

So, I have 2 left for today's dinner, but don't know what I'll do with them yet.
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.

Last of the leftover turkey with some gravy. Baked sweet potato and green beans as accompaniments. How easy is that?

We have errands to do, then going out to check on my in-laws. So, we will probably pick up something at Costco to take over there.

Subject to change but as of right now grilled teriyaki salmon, brown rice and whatever vegetable Tony picks up - probably broccoli, asparagus or zucchini.

We're gong to have a fondue night...two different cheese fondue, one made with beer and the other with wine.
