Another beautiful day here in Louisiana!! And, the poor east coast is just getting battered again!! Hope all our folks are doing o.k.

Jane sent home a couple of short ribs with us and I can't make up my mind between pizza and tacos.
Leaning more towards pizza.....

Had to look up those recipes Blane. It's all calling me name. The salad looks really good as well as the pork.
Roxanne - the recipe is for either pork tenderloin cutlets or chicken cutlets.
