Another beautiful day here in Louisiana!! And, the poor east coast is just getting battered again!! Hope all our folks are doing o.k.

What's on the menu for everyone today??

Jane sent home a couple of short ribs with us and I can't make up my mind between pizza and tacos. Leaning more towards pizza.....
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.

From the latest issue, I'm making the sesame crusted cutlets with Vietnanese caramel sauce, CA is making the bok choy salad.

Had to look up those recipes Blane. It's all calling me name. The salad looks really good as well as the pork.

Roxanne - the recipe is for either pork tenderloin cutlets or chicken cutlets.
