Saturday's Dinner, 2/7/15??

What's on the menu for everyone today??

We planned to go to Beaumont, TX today for a little shopping at Costco...I was sure I'd seen an address for them, but now I can't find that Beaumont has one! Piddle.

So, we'll probably drive over anyway and check out the wineries in the area and a couple of restaurants that sound interesting....and maybe I can find a restaurant supply.

By the way, anyone who would like any easy, easy rib or pork shank slow cooker dish, the ribs I did yesterday are just delicious - for Sunday's dinner. Just seasoned ribs, onions, sauerkraut layered and a small can of Sprite poured over. What an interesting flavor they have.

Have fun on your excursion, Jean! I can't wait to see what culinary delights you discover!

I'm thinking of doing steak night tonight.

I'm going to make the sesame crusted chicken cutlets with the Vietnamese caramel dipping sauce (I don't think that's the official name but my magazine is downstairs) and the baby bok choy chopped salad from one of the most recent issues.

Blane made the chicken recently and it looked really good.

It was really good Trixxee, the dipping sauce is the star.

Today it's pork roulades with lemon parmesan pasta and a side of baked asparagus.

Jean, we used the creme fraiche on the beef. It was delicious! Daphne, did you want the recipe for Beef Paprikas?
