I am very interested in an Ula Knife. These are primarily used by Alaskans for skinning and cutting. It's like their version of a chefs knife. So I'm ordering one. Anyone else have any experience with one?

Yeah - an aunt brought one back from Alaska years ago, but it ended up stuffed in a drawer..........beautiful bone handle and all.
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.
