Out of the Sandwich book going to make the roast beef paninis (have not made it before). I like the sound of the spread you make - mayo, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, horseradish, ketchup, cayenne.
You also pickled sweet cherry peppers on the sandwich. I will probably sub swiss for white cheddar since I already have that.

So pretty! Great looking sandwich!
My filling is waitng to be put in the pie crust. I love being able to prep dinner early and eat at an earlier hour.
