Finally making the ribs tonight. Good thing I still enjoy my ribs low and slow on the grill. Because my oven is going to be busy making 3 sheet pans of Jean's "Double the Yum" Cake today for an event tomorrow.

Funny, I had been thinking about this cake in the past week or so. When Sue asked if I'd make brownies, I knew this would be so much easier and better. Brownies for 50 to 75 would be so much harder and more expensive. So thanks again for a winner recipe!

Already have a change. Tony is craving baby back ribs so I'll put the leftovers on hold for tomorrow night (which is good - I like easy Monday nights as we get back into the school week).

Hmmm, don't think we have tried that one, Roxanne. Going to look it up.
Family dinner today. We're putting two chickens in the rotisserie oven. Crockpot stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy and roasted brussel sprouts.

Roxanne is that the meatball sub from issue #35? I've been wanting to make that for so long, but my wife isn't interested.
