What's on the menu for today for everyone?

On some blog, I found a list of 15 Cauliflower ideas and I'm making the Loaded Cauliflower Chowder from it for dinner after arriving in Las Cruces N.M. Whenever we hit New Mexico, it feels like the trip is over...............

IF you can get your hands on Truffle Burrata, last night's leftover pizza was excellent. I only had a little over 3 oz. of the cheese, but layered with thinly sliced tomatoes, prosciutto bits, onion rings, basil lots of black pepper and finished with red pepper flakes - wow, the flavor was just wonderful!!



I'm calling ahead to some of the Trader Joe's to have them order.

Dinner today will be grilled rib-eyes skewers w/ bearnaise and grilled ASPARAGUS!

Purim Celebration at school = total exhaustion!! We went out for a Magical Mystery Tour Pizza and (more than one) cocktail.
