What's on the menu for today for everyone??
Travel day for us, so I'm using up the last of the leftover rib meat for a pizza - making one exactly like the last rib pizza (which I sure don't do often) - it was so good.
a Chef's Journey's sourdough dough, salsa Verde, smoked gouda, gruyere, tomatoes, onions, pork.
AND, today is my little girl, Tracie's birthday...I'd say how darn OLD she is, but she checks out the dinner menu every morning - her way of knowing Mom is o.k.
