What's on the menu for today???
Travel day for us and the first day of our 2 week food regime... So, I'll probably leave this blank most of the time.

But, we do have steak tonight

I roasted a chicken. The rest will go in the review dinner Saturday.

We have some leftover meatballs, so hot meatball subs tonight on crusty rolls.

I've got a deli rotisserie chicken that I need to use up, so I'll shred it and add to chicken gravy, served over mashed potatoes with asparagus.
One of these days I really need to make that Italian meatball sub from Cuisine. Do you use a recipe Maryann?

No Blane, I don't. I tend to cook like my Italian grandmom, so rarely use recipes except for baking or when I'm trying a Cuisine recipe. It's actually stressful for me to use one.

But, all I do is warm up l/o meatballs in some sauce, put them in a crusty Italian sub roll from the bakery, top with mozz, provolone, parmesan, or a mix of all of them, then pop in the broiler for a few minutes until hot and bubbly.
Cuisine's meatball recipe is excellent as you probably know.
