Loving that grill, I bet, Jean?!?!
We are heading out in a couple hours to grab a late lunch in the city. I need to pick up a wedding gift and then we are off to the wedding. Since it's an early evening wedding, the reception will serve as dinner. In spite of Tropical Storm Ana, Anna will tie the knot this evening!

I made a chef's salad to top with grilled chicken breast. Busy day here doing prep for tomorrow's dinner so it's a relaxing day for both of us.

We're having the Italian Steak Sandwiches from one of the Cuisine Tonight magazines. I'm serving it with a raw beet salad that looks soo pretty! It's a Bittman recipe and I'm using chioggia beets.

Maryann, it's an early mothers day dinner, we've been invited to our future son-in-laws folks house for dinner tomorrow.
Jean, cooking a meal for you would be such a treat. I wouldn't know where to start.
