What's on the menu for everyone today??

I finally got some pizza dough made yesterday, along with a double batch of sauce (for the freezer), so it's a pizza day around here. Been a while.
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.

It's Hubby's birthday today so he gets his BD dinner - Macs 'n Cheese and Jumbo Hot Dogs. And I'm finishing up a chocolate cake for him today! First time in a looooong time I've used a box recipe.

I promised my son as soon as summer vacation started I'd make him a box cake. He loves them. LOL.


Tony went beserk at the store yesterday and brought home a 9 lb brisket (have never done one), a whole chicken and 5 pounds of beef ribs. He's smoking everything. Oh well, I won't have to cook for a week!

On Friday Trixxee made the most delicious looking burger, so that's what's on the menu, Bacon cheeseburgers.
