A Very Fne Wine!!

What a great dinner this was! And, the perfect wine to go with was one we picked up in Missouri – Mount Pleasant Winery
http://www.mountpleasant.com/mount-pleasant-branson
Their Rhineland, which is a white, has gone with all the dishes we’ve had the last three days the bottle has been opened!! Hopefully we can order some to be shipped to us.

The dishes we’ve enjoyed with this wine –

Today's Fresh Corn Polenta with BBQ'd Salmon Wow!!
Safeway sushi
Bar Pizza (pizza sauce, mozz & Andouille sausage on a sun Dried Tomato Basil tortilla base.
And, the grilled burger with Kimchi BBQ Sauce.
What a versatile wine this is.

Been a long time since I’ve found such a versatile wine as this one!!

Jean, did you make all this? The sushi and all?

If so, I'm impressed and humbled!

Don't be - I picked up the Sushi as a treat for me one day and Roy surprised himself how much he enjoyed it! So, I'll probably be doing this more often. Haven't made sushi for a long time.

Everything looks good! Great to find a wine that goes with everything.
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!
