I have slow-cooked Hawaiian pork, something with that probably. Used it in a tortilla pizza last night and it was great!

Thinking of doing grilled veggie sandwiches with melty cheese on a homemade pita. We had some good corn the other day, so may pick up a few ears.

We more or less had our hawaiian last night - grilled mahi sandwiches at a little fresh fish place near the campground. Eat some poke for me Blane- I should have ordered a little as an appetizer.

We are either having three cheese tortellini with some marinara sauce with fresh basil (if Tony feels like making the sauce), or just a grilled hamburger/cheeseburger, bunless, with a side salad. Whatever we don't have tonight we'll have tomorrow.
