Zucchini Blossom Pizza

Wow, this was so darn good and for the first time (and with my new high octane grill) I was able to get the perfect char on the crust without burning it.

I had a half a grilled pizza crust in the freezer and topped it with:
pizza sauce
Shredded Parm & Jack cheese
the blossoms
thinly sliced onion
after grilling, I scattered micro-greens (from my garden )

That looks delicious. A few months ago we ordered an appetizer of fried stuffed zucchini flowers (stuffed with ricotta) and boy was that good. Wish I could get my hands on some flowers.

Now I'm craving pizza. Just made my dough and put it into the fridge to ferment. Sometime this weekend we will be grilling pizza!

That was it for what I had in the freezer, so I'll be making some more dough also.
