The leftover shells from the freezer but for lunch I'm making myself a version of this chicken avocado melt, but without the bread, adding a slice of ham and using gruyere.
Yesterday I bought two rotissiere chickens so need to use them up in various ways all the while cutting down on carbs.

I was planning steak Diane, but now a grilled steak sounds good. Hmmm....

Finally grilling a ribeye for myself, with a baker and Greek yogurt (my favorite) and fresh green beans and fresh carrots grown at UNH (our compost, to soil, to growing veggies and herbs, now full circle). Yum. Won't even bother with a sauce.
