What's on the menu for everyone today??
Dr. appt. in Port Townsend today, so will probably stop at the Seven Feathers casino for a late lunch and ruin our dinner. 
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.

Another beautiful day in the PNW. I'm going to grill a couple beef filets with choron sauce and grilled asparagus.

Suppose to be 106 here today
 So a nice beds of greens, fresh canned tuna and tomatoes from the garden is the meal of the day
Completely cloudy and humid here again - just in time to ruin another camping trip.
 Not sure what to do here - Tony won't be home in time. Maybe I'll take a cue from Denise and make a tuna salad sandwich topped with sliced tomatoes (and avocado).
I made a big batch of Creamy Bacon Carbonara. Sooooo good! And sooooo bad!
