Leftovers, leaving Wed for a 5 day camping trip on the coast
I ended up making Stromboli yesterday, so today will be the Caprese chicken, minus the pasta.
Enjoy camping, Denise! Where are you headed? My aunt lives just north of Coos Bay. We had an awesome time renting ATVs and exploring the Oregon dunes last time we visited.
Tonight's dinner is grilled rosemary lemon chicken with Greek salad.
With no definite plans for dinner and a big lunch in Southport, we decided to have leftover Spaghetti and Meatballs.

If blueberry muffins have blueberries in them, what do vegan muffins have?
We are back from camping and as soon as we got back Tony and Michael ran out to see MI 5 (and loved it by the way) so we did some pantry cooking for dinner- linguine with clams and mussels (mussels were frozen - they are so good).
As a long-time fan of the original MI television series, I still haven't forgiven the MI movie makers for making Jim Phelps out to be a traitor and making Tom Cruise the good guy (as if!). I wouldn't even watch any of the rest of the films on free TV, let alone pay to see them in the theatre or via any rental medium.

Yeah, 16 year old boy doesn't know the original MI series from a hole in the ground (why would he?). Good time was had by father and son, all that matters.
