We'll have yesterday's planned salmon - went out to lunch instead. with green salad and try the 3 lemon-mustard dressings.

That is an interesting way to use chickpeas. I have always used canned or cooked them thoroughly when using dried. The texture would have to be different with that method. Please let us know what you think.
We're having meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and fresh green beans. I have been trying to copy Blane and come up with a witty name for the gravy, but it's not happening. Maybe he will think of one???

We are having a
C@h for Two recipe for Balsamic Pork Tenderloin with a Lemon-Honey Sauce and Parmesan Polenta and a salad on the side. For some reason, I feel like we had this before?

We are sharing a small grilled filet and a small'ish rib eye. Also making a wedge salad but instead of the usual bleu cheese dressing I'm going to try a new dressing Tony bought - a cilantro cotija creamy dressing. Will garnish with crispy proscuitto, thinly sliced shallots and diced tomato.

I came up with nothing Maryann.

Today I'm making the Philly cheese steak Stromboli with tots or a salad.

Blane, Ashley LOVES a good cheese steak! And William is SICK of chicken. Let me know how it turns out. If it's good, I'll put it on next week's menu.

Oh, that's too bad, Blane. Guess it's just not the same when it's not a chinese dish.
