I'm still getting used to using the new refrigerator, and somehow a large package of corn tortillas got shoved behind bottles of wine in the center drawer. I've tried steaming, but they still are tough. So, what can I do with these? I've found that freezing just makes them shred once they're thawed.

Chilaquiles? Tortilla soup!
Tortilla chips - cut into triangles, spray (or not) and bake until crisp and then try to stop eating them.
Cut into strips and add to whatever Mexican casserole you like.

You could also add them (after you crisped them up by frying or baking) to a taco salad.
Chips it is! For taco salads and snacking. Blane, I also thought of tortilla soup and chilaquiles but it's too hot here, yet, for those. Maybe I'll "lose" another pack of tortillas in a couple of months...
