What's on the menu for everyone today??

Don is leaving this a.m. and we will collapse!! Good Lord, what a 5 days!! Have no idea - may order Domino's

What I am really craving is a grilled mahi mahi sandwich with pineapple slaw and fries but will save that idea for tomorrow. We'll stick with our plan of leftover baby back ribs, au gratin potatoes and I have two beautiful ears of corn to make.

Michael wants a rotissiere chicken and yellow rice.

I lied. I forgot that I had game hens set for yesterday and osso bucco for today

We are grilling some chicken thighs. Alyssa is visiting with me after school and she likes any kind of pasta. One of my friends gave me a big bag of cherry tomatoes today when we met for lunch, so I'm thinking of doing Musicmaker's (remember Linda?) recipe for pasta pomodora to have as a side.

Today it's a favorite, coconut marinated chicken skewers with pineapple rice.

And, we did - had it at lunch and finished it later! This morning I think I've caught up on my sleep and I'm raring to go.

We had a rough day with cars yesterday. Long story and glad it's over for now.

I made BBQ Chicken, corn on the cob, and baked beans.
