I just seasoned a 1&1/2 inch strip with Mortons Season All and Grandma Behrendts gourmet Seasond Pepper. Then I noticed "25% less sodium" on the Mortons. darn! Maybe Grandmas will make up the difference, other wise I will add more salt. I hate the salt police! A report on France later. Just venting!
