$25.00 Sounds great to me.

I know I haven't done this in previous years, maybe that's why I didn't get a message from CJS for my opinion But I would prefer the boundaries wide open as to what we purchase or make, I feel that way you have no clue what to expect in any way shape or form.

Just my thoughts and I'll go along with whatever everybody else wants to do.

You didn't get a msg. dear, because you said you wanted to be in.......... I'm so glad you are.

I'm leaning with you - not knowing what to expect.

Hi guys!!!

Even though I will not participate (the postage alone is exorbitant!!!!), I thought I would make a suggestion for you to play with.

When our Secret Santa elf pairs her participants, maybe she could also choose a culture theme for each person (Italian, French, Chinese, Mexican,Japanese, Polish etc.). This person will send along ingredients according to the culture theme. Then each receiver will create a dish with said ingredients (mystery box Secret Santa???) and post the creation.

Have fun this year

Roxanne,

You think the Secret Santa Elf has enough brain cells to pull that off?

Sounds like fun, but I agree Barbara....

So, drawing will be done Monday, October 19th - that gives a week for a couple who haven't said yea or nay to speak up?

Here's the list I have -
Ready to go
Barbara
Daphne
Tracie
Bill
Blane
Denise
Jean

Haven't heard from -
Labs
Karyn
Sharon

Does this list agree with yours??

Now, to the $$ limit - Do we need to choose one or shall we just say let's keep it reasonable and fun? I don't remember how to do a option 1/option 2 thinkgee. If we had one of these to choose what we want to do, no one would know what we choose. ??

Maybe with these options -
Option 1: No $$ amount, just keep it easy and fun
Option 2: Limit $25.00 - excluding postage fees
Option 3: Please keep it under $1,000,000 for those on S.S.

or whatever

I vote for Option 1! Let's keep it fun! But do take into consideration those on a limited budget.

Is Trixxee on board?

I vote for option #1 and I really like Roxanne's idea, I may go with it.
