What's on the menu for today??
I'm doing a stuffed Acorn squash with burger, black beans, corn, mushrooms, etc. Been a while.
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.

It has been a while! Time to get your book out and add some dishes to my menu planning, which has been going extremely well! Really saves me time and probably saving me money, too.
Spaghetti and hot Italian sausage are on the menu for tonight, along with a tossed green salad and maybe a piece of garlic toast.

Yeast waffles with a sauce TBD later and the sausage that I forgot to cook yesterday.

I'm finally putting waffles to rest!! I have just been craving them - 4 times in 2 weeks!!
