What's on the menu for everyone today??
We're having the last of the Mac & Cheese with butternut sq. puree - love this dish.

If I can find chicken thighs with skin on them (seems like they are actually hard to find now) I want to make Jean's chicken. If not, cheese tortellini with marinara from the freezer.

Trixxee, I gave up and got boneless, skinless. We are having this tonight also. I'm adding pasta and a wedge salad. I'm liking the wedge these days. I like the fresh crunch. Not to mention how easy it is. LOL!
