What's on the menu for everyone today??

Finishing up leftovers here. Using the peanut sauced wings (and a little extra sauce) with pasta sure turned out teasty.
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.

I still haven't made that pork tenderloin recipe. If you're making it again so soon, Blane, it must be awesome!

Tonight's dinner is a chicken, cherry pepper, and garlic saute. I'm serving it over cauliflower rice for me and brown rice for John. Green beans on the side.

I cannot believe how expensive it has gotten. 10 pieces of chicken with 3 sides (I would have been fine with two) was $30!

Oh well, at least Michael ate some of it and Tony has a lunch to take tomorrow.
