I'm not really a breakfast for dinner kind of girl, but tonight we had waffles...jalapeno-cheddar cornbread waffles topped with jalapeno-sausage chili from the freezer. This was seriously delicious! I need to work on getting more creative with freezer diving in the future...

French Dips are in my near future. Update, calzones were not in my cards today, so Ashley requested that I make the French Onion Salisbury Steak again. She says they are now in her top 5 favorites.
