What's on the menu for everyone today??

Today is celebration day around here - it's our 47th anniversary and I have 2 bottles of bubbly in the fridge. On my list to make - not sure what all we can eat, but I just want to graze a little all day and the Hawks play the afternoon game, which will be perfect timing -

Scallops with 2 Caviars
Some kind of fish with Caviar Sauce
Potato rounds with Caviar

Last night for our celebration eve, we got into some cheese I ordered for an anniversary present to 'us' - a charcuterie platter with Basiron Pesto (Gouda with Pesto) and it is delicious! I'm serving the rest of it with pasta later in the week.

Thank you all - what an anniversary feast we did have! Each dish seemed to be better than the last and all so easy to put together for a football day. (For luck, I guess we'll have to have champagne and caviar every time Hawks play!)
