A little ahead of myself, but we're off early tomorrow morning to catch the Coho ferry and sail over to Victoria, B.C for a few days.

So, here's the question -
What's on the menu for everyone tomorrow/today
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.

No clue what's for dinner tonight. Might just be grilled cheese and tomato soup.

Something in the crockpot I have a pork tip roast so will toss some other vittles in.

Sounds fun!

I have some fresh baby spinach to use up so I'm going to make the chicken stuffed with spinach, tomato and swiss topped with a balsamic glaze. I have some leftover pasta for the side.

Today we're having black angus cheeseburgers on the flight back home.

We are having ribs, corn on the cob and green beans. Ashley got an e-alert from Harris Teeter that their ribs are on sale dirt cheap. The girl loves her some ribs!
