What's on the menu for everyone today??
We'll have a light lunch since we're getting back to the motely crew meeting at a bar for our Tuesday night. I'm going to try the banana bread French toast with sausage.

A big glass of wine. The end.
Today I step into my new shoes as Winter Training Director for the new class of Master Gardeners. I am very nervous. Been putting this thing together since July and today it all comes to fruition. For the next 11 weeks I shall be a basket case

That sounds exciting! I'm sure you'll be wonderful, Denise. Enjoy the well-deserved wine tonight.
Tonight we're having one of my favorite quick dinners from Gourmet-
Sauteed Beef with White Wine and Rosemary. I'll serve it with rice pilaf and roasted broccolini.

I'm sure you will do dynamite, Denise! Happy Anniversary Maryann!
Boys are gone one more night. I have a piece of chicken thawing and a piece of cod thawing. Not sure what I'm doing with either for lunch and dinner but I might do an orange juice/honey/rice wine vinegariette for the fish.

A Winner!!!! Banana Bread French toast.
The batter was enhanced with the addition of Coconut Cream (had no milk). What a wonderful flavor.
That little mess of a blob on the side of the sausage?? When you have batter left from ‘bathing’ the bread slices, I love to scramble on the hot griddle and add to the plate – ugly, but so tasty.
