What's on the menu for everyone today??

From the freezer, a container of Lab's Carapulcra with rice and hard-cooked egg.

Tony may or may not be here but if he is, I was thinking about the french onion salisbury steak recipe.

If he's not here, I might order a pizza for Michael and a antipasto salad for me.

Maryann have you tried this dish from Food & Wine - I made it in Dec. and it was just delicious.

I served this over angel hair and it was delicious! Had to use canned tomatoes, so I'm sure this dish is even better in the summer with fresh.

I have been budgeting out of the freezer this week. Tonight, we had Hamburger Pie. I only had to buy a can of green beans and a little milk for the potatoes. I'm anxious for pay day and a trip to refill my new fridge and giant freezer compartment!
