I'm leaning towards fajitas with some of the leftover steak.
Forgot to mention the nice surprise from my friend Kate, the Pie Lady, brought us 3/4s of a wonderful pear and cranberry pie last night for dessert!! Her crust is the best in the world!!

Tony is making bbq'd beef (he'll have his as a sandwich) and I'm making a side of creamed corn. He may pick up some coleslaw somewhere along the way too.

I've got everything prepped and ready. I'm hoping I have just enough time to cook them up right after I watch the Broncos take out the Raiders. Then I can watch the Panthers take out the Cardinals. It's a tense Sunday afternoon!
