Tuesday's Dinner, 3/1/16

March means spring 'should' be close.... What's on the menu for everyone today??

I have Niçoise dressing left, so think I'll make a regular Niçoise salad using it up. Later, the Motely crew is heading back to our favorite Asian Bistro which has been closed for a month!

Went freezer diving and got out a foodsaver package of roast beef in gravy that I made recently. So, dinner will be easy. Just add some mashed potatoes and a veg.

I'm determined to make the Lite Lemon Chicken today. This time, I'm not going to tell William what's for dinner so he can't change my mind. It's perfect, because the weather has been so Spring like.

I even saw some azaleas blooming yesterday and my Tulip Tree is full of blossoms! Temps have been in the low 70's. I know it's not going to stay that way, but it gives me the promise that it won't be long!

LOL!!!

Daphne, sometimes I just flat-out lie!! Odds are he won't remember what I said in the first place.

Since I don't have to go back in to work at 10 pm tonight (moved to Wed. night), it's Cheesey Chicken Enchiladas using up some l/o chicken.

After much deliberation it's french onion salisbury steaks over cheese toast. Probably asparagus if it's not $5.99/lb.
