For dinner tomorrow night, I planned on making the maple-mustard pork (Jean's recipe) with garlic cheddar mashed potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts with toasted walnuts.
The brussel sprouts looked pretty sad at the 2 nearest grocery stores today, but the green beans looked good so I bought those.
Any ideas on how I can prep them? Or should I keep it simple, maybe steamed and sprinkled with the toasted walnuts?
