By having leftovers last night, my menus got pushed ahead a day. But it's cold and wet today, and the original plan had Baked Ziti for tonight. So I'm going with that. Still sticking with the plan, just shuffling things a bit.

Karyn, I don't blame you one bit. The last year I worked, the company cut hours for several of us and I was put on a four day work week and loved it.

We were going to grill steaks today but we woke up to snow and it was cold all day. Suppose to warm up tomorrow. So, we made taco salad instead.
