Unfortunately, cottage-food law is only for human food. Even beyond cottage law, dog food is regulated by a different agency, so different approval is required from what would be necessary for regular food trucks, catering, etc.

Jean, you'd be right. I went back and read the whole article, and it said they have a few treats for humans, including coffee! LOL!
Labs, that's interesting that they seperate the two. I still think it's a cool idea. Like Susan said, I love animals.
