Good morning all!! What's on the menu for everyone today??
I'm making pizza out of my Chicken Carinci and a green salad.

I'm trying a new to me Cuisine recipe: Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Medallions with Florentine Sauce (112/36) with Salad and Garlic Bread. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Tony's in Austin so I don't have to go to too much trouble. I think I'm going to just go with another salad topped with chicken. There are so many good chopped salad mixes available right now. I just add a couple of other items (like scallions and grape tomatoes) and top with my own protein - easy peasy and healthy.
Daphne - came across this old recipe that I want to make tomorrow and thought of you immediately because of the capers. This time I will be subbing cod because that's what I have, and I could have sworn the original recipe from one of my Food Network cookbooks also had a few saffron threads thrown in.

Yes, thanks for posting, Trixxee! That looks delicious.
Tonight we're having
Baked Crepes Caccitore with Parmesan Cream Sauce . I'm serving them with more of the spinach salad from last night.

Daphne, that was a Birthday review dinner last year and it had great reviews. Time to make it again.
