What's on the menu for everyone today??
I'm making my first from the new issue (#117) - Greek chicken Cutlets and probably the mashed potatoes, also.

You don't waste any time, do you Jean? Please let us know how it turns out.
I can't wait to see what you'll be making this week Susan.
I'm grilling filets with choron sauce, grilled asparagus and onion rings with tarter sauce.

Someone is coming over to look at the RV this afternoon and I'm not sure how involved this visit will be so I'm planning on another easy & fast dinner - grilled cheeseburgers.

Good luck, Trixxee!
We are finally having Meatball Subs! We have a choice of a spinach or lettuce salad.

Probably going to do those Meatballs and Marinara from that thread the other day. It's kind of windy outside to grill.
But I'll take pictures Jean!!
