What's on the menu for everyone today??
We're running around today, so don't know what we'll end up doing.

I haven't decided yet. Going to my favorite meat store later, so might being home some nice thick chops for the grill and make a kale Caesar salad that I saw in Prevention magazine.

I'm using the other pork tenderloin from last week to make Mushroom Pork Marsala. I'm having buttered egg noodles and peas for the sides. I always think of Billy when I make this.

It's going to be another record temp again today, so something with fresh pineapple is in order, either coconut marinated chicken skewers from one of the grilling cook books or this....
