Wow, how quiet it's been around here! We all must have had a fantastic Mom's Day weekend. We sure did. Pictures as soon as we get home. And, we're on the road now. My own bed tonight!!
So, what's on the menu for everyone today.
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.

Undecided at the moment but might be Cuban Sandwiches. We have a little bit of the smoked pork loin l/o from yesterday. Or, if I get real motivated, might make a pot of spaghetti sauce.

We are having Japanese Style Pork Cutlet with Pinapple Rice and Cabbage Stir-Fried in Thai Garlic Sauce. Looking forward to it!
Safe travels, Jean and Roy!
