We are having leftovers as well. I had planned the Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad, which we love. But since I doubled the nuggets from Jean's Birthday Dinner, I had a generous amount left over. So I'll crisp those up in the oven and use those on top of the salad instead of the chicken.

When I got my new refrigerator, I promised myself I would work hard to not let things pile up in there unused. So far, so good!

After a crazy week at work (didn't cook one meal all week), doing simple rib-eyes with potatoes and salad.

We love that pecan crusted chicken also, I may have to make it next week. Thanks Daphne.

I've got some halibut thawing, so it's either fish and chips or fish burgers.
