What's on the menu for everyone??
Instead of bar hopping tonight, we're going to one's home. I'm taking another old favorite (a week of oldies!) - Caviar Pie.
For our 'bubbly brunch' which we're going to start doing on Tuesdays, we're having Meximuffin Quesadilla.

I found boneless country ribs on sale so I'm making an old favorite, Hawaiian Braised Pork. I'll do a ramen/cabbage/vegetable side dish with it.

I've got my event tonight. So baked beans and potato salad will definitely be on the table. Fried chicken and a salad, I think, and cake are also on the table. Not sure if there will be more.

Have fun at your event tonight, Daphne.
We are having Blane's favorite Almond Chicken with Famous Gravy. I think that is going to become a regular menu item around here.
Can't wait to hear what Susan is making for her hubby today...

Haven't seen yet, but soon I hope!
Good leftovers – Meximuffin topping makes a great Quesadilla! And, I still have a little to combine with hot pasta tomorrow.
Quesadilla from oven
Quesadilla slice
and, a little bubbly disn't hurt, either

Yum!
Maryann and I were busy cooking! LOL! Dinner last night went over well, but I sure was glad to get home, put my feet up and have a glass of wine!
