Costco run today, so no telling what I'll come home with - have been craving shrimp!

AND, don't forget Battlebots starts tonight!

Looks yummy, Susan! I'll go revisit the Fast and Fresh this weekend. Thanks! And things are going to get a little less hectic in the office soon, I hope. Then I'll be able to check in more often.

Tonight we picked up a couple of nice looking panini sandwiches from Lowe's. I'll put them on a sheet pan on the grill and weigh them down with the skillet....after a glass of wine! There is plenty of Carolina Caviar left to share. We both had a large salad with fresh shrimp for lunch today, so we are good on greens for the day.

I should have taken a picture of our lunch and location today. I'm getting spoiled already!
