Wow, did you make those today? Looks good!

I have a recipe sitting on my desk waiting to be tried. It's for a coffee marinade and you put a sirloin roast in it overnight. Then it's "roasted" on the grill. Not sure why we haven't done it yet, except that I'm just not sure about the flavors.

No, I haven't made it - that's the picture on the website. Just saw all these this morning.

Have you ever tried my Cinnamon-Coffee rub? June Jacobs used it for a chicken recipe when she was in France dong her thesis. Smile It's so good. So, if I were you I wouldn't be afraid to try what you have on your desk.

Cinnamon-Coffee Rub
1 tablespoon ground Saigon cinnamon
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
2 teaspoons cocoa powder (not Dutch process)
2 cloves garlic -- very finely chopped
