I didn't wrap in foil - just put them in the oven on a foil lined sheet pan. I must have done them before, just can't remember and they sure didn't taste as good as these with the toppings.

Oh, that's right, in the oven you don't need foil. But, we found that we did need it on the grill as they burn easily.

Pretty soup, Jean! I'll save this for a rotation with the Zuppa recipe we love. The biggest difference between the two is the Italian turkey sausage (but you get some of that from the Italian spices in yours) and the cauliflower instead of noodles.
And yes, baked sweet potatoes are a big deal here.
